pkpk66 Frequently Asked Questions

pkpk66 has four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The higher you climb from Bronze to Platinum, the higher your weekly cashback rate. As players move from Bronze through Silver, Gold, and Platinum, their level increases with their activity, and VIP benefits improve accordingly.

The weekly cashback rate varies by VIP level. Bronze — up to 0.3% per week, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated on losses across slots, casino, football, and other games once a week and credited directly to your account.

As your wager amount and volume increase, pkpk66 staff regularly review your play history and upgrade your level. To get a clear picture of your path to a higher VIP level, contact us directly via 24/7 Live Chat.

Cashback is credited directly to your pkpk66 account once a week. You can use it to play or withdraw it. Once your cashback balance reaches 30,000 Ks or more, you can withdraw it through the usual withdrawal method via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay.

Platinum VIP players receive 1.2% cashback per week, plus priority deposits and withdrawals, Platinum-only special promotions, and dedicated Live Chat support. Contact us via Live Chat for more details.

Yes. pkpk66 offers In-Play Live Betting while matches are ongoing. Odds change in real time based on how the match is developing, so you can place bets at any point you choose. You can access it quickly from your mobile phone and bet while watching the match at the same time.

Once a match ends, the result is checked and your account is usually settled within a few minutes. For high-scoring matches or matches with disputed incidents, confirmation may take longer. If you need clarification, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat.

Odds show how much a player will receive based on the outcome of their prediction. With decimal odds — for example, odds of 1.95 on "Team A to win" means a 10,000 Ks bet returns 19,500 Ks (including the stake). Handicap (body) levels the playing field for mismatched games — for example, "Team A -1.5" means Team A must win by 2 goals or more.

An Accumulator (Parlay) bet combines 2 or more matches into a single bet. All selections must be correct to win. Because the odds are multiplied together, the potential payout is higher, but if even one match loses, the entire bet is lost — so play carefully.

Whether you can amend a bet depends on the match type and market. The only way to cancel is if a "Cancel" button appears on the Bet Slip. If it does not appear, a confirmed bet cannot be changed. If you run into any issues, contact Live Chat immediately.

pkpk66 supports four payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit for all methods is 20,000 Ks. Your digital wallet must be registered in your own name. To deposit, log in to pkpk66 and proceed from there.

After depositing, your balance usually appears in your account shortly. If it has not appeared yet, take a screenshot of the completed payment and submit it via 24/7 Live Chat — our team will check it promptly. Please note that bank advertisements at the top of the screen do not mean the deposit has gone through.

pkpk66 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may charge their own fees, so please check your payment method's fee rates in advance.

Log in to pkpk66 and select Wave Money on the deposit form. Transfer the amount from your Wave App to the Wave Money number shown. Then submit the transaction code or a screenshot. The minimum deposit is 20,000 Ks, and the name on the deposit must match the name registered on your pkpk66 account.

Make sure your KBZPay app is updated to the latest version and linked to your phone number. Log in to pkpk66, select KBZPay on the deposit form, transfer the amount to the number shown, then upload a screenshot of the transfer receipt. It usually appears in your account within minutes.

While a withdrawal request is pending, pkpk66 is verifying your account and confirming the transaction. It may also be pending while we check whether your wagering requirement has been met. This normally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. If it is still not resolved after that, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat.

At pkpk66, withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing times may vary between KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. If it takes more than 2 hours, contact us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.

The minimum withdrawal amount at pkpk66 is 30,000 Ks. This applies to KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. If you try to withdraw below this amount, your request will be put on hold, so please check that your account balance is at least 30,000 Ks before requesting.

Under pkpk66's withdrawal policy, funds can only be sent to a wallet (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay) that is registered under the same name as your pkpk66 account. Withdrawal attempts to a wallet that does not belong to you will not be processed — please make sure you use a wallet registered in your own name.

pkpk66's payments team operates 24/7, so withdrawals in the evening, at night, or on weekends follow the same standard processing time of 15 minutes to 2 hours. The digital wallet providers themselves may take longer outside business hours, but pkpk66 processes your request promptly on our end.
